David and Renata Perkins have been married and in full-time ministry together since 2000. Their journey began as youth pastors in Colorado Springs, where they founded Desperation, a national student ministry that impacted thousands of teenagers across the country. After fifteen fruitful years of investing in the next generation, God placed a new burden on their hearts—to plant a local church that leads people to become radiant disciples of Jesus.

In 2016, Radiant Church was born in their living room in Overland Park, Kansas. What began as a simple prayer meeting has since grown into a vibrant, life-giving church family reaching the Kansas City and beyond.

David holds an undergraduate degree in Religion from Southern Nazarene University and a graduate degree in Theology from The King’s Seminary. He serves on the board of Every Home for Christ International and enjoys date nights with Renata, sports with his sons, sipping lattes with his daughters, and traveling.

Dawson Perkins is based out of House Denver in Colorado. He carries a deep history and love for prayer, burning with the fire of the old intercessors. Dawson has a burden for Gen Z and young people to give their lives fully to Jesus, and he carries great faith to see revival and a move of God in his generation.

Becky Johnson is the Lead Pastor of Jesus Culture Sacramento, which she helped plant. She served as Youth Pastor for eight years and Executive Pastor for three. Passionate about helping people experience the transformative love and power of God, Becky is dedicated to seeing others encounter His life-changing presence that radically impacted her as a teenager. In addition to her leadership at the church, Becky considers it a true honor to travel and preach, equipping others with her heart for the local church and the next generation. She and her husband, Derek Johnson—Worship Pastor at Jesus Culture Sacramento—have three lovely children and live in Northern California.

Radiant House Music is a collective of Jesus followers, songwriters, and musicians from Radiant Church in the Kansas City suburbs. United by a shared passion for worship, they have become a family devoted to writing songs that lift high the name of Jesus and proclaim His goodness. Formed out of the worship community at Radiant Church, which began in 2016, Radiant House Music emerged as members sensed the Lord stirring songs within their hearts—songs that carry His message and reveal His heart for the world. Their mission is simple: to write and release music that declares one name, one King, and one Savior—Jesus. Through their worship, they seek to lead others into wholehearted devotion and encounter with Him.
